At Geelong Warehouse Traders we try and keep everyone happy and do our best to strive toward that goal. If you have an issue with any product purchased at our warehouse just come in and see us and we'll do our best to solve this issue for you. We may offer you a replacement product, refund or fix the product if this is possible. We all know varied things can happen and its not always beyond our control but either way we'll go out of our way to assist you with any issues that may occur.  

We don't do layby's and can only keep items for people if a deposit has been placed on the item concerned.

Many items may not have regular warranties on them as we sell a lot of clearance items and they will usually be signed as no warranty, no return clearance items.  Please always keep your receipts as this is your proof of purchase. Some generic products could have come from anywhere and without your receipt we may not always be able to help you. We also sell other major brand products as part of our re-manufacturing process so unless you have a receipt for our place of business we won't be able to help you.

If an item is returned for exchange or refund for whatever reason it must be unused and in the original condition it was sold including the packaging, sale tag, if that applies together with your receipt. If its a faulty item we'll do our best to assist you. We do repair many of our own products and we usually do this before we replace or give refunds. When we can't repair or exchange we then offer refunds.
